The program is to help students improve their mind, body and spirit. We want to see spiritual growth, muscle growth and better basketball IQ from each student.
Monday
Middle School and High School Students 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday
Home School Students 1pm - 3pm (School Months Only)
Middle School and High School Students 5pm - 7pm
